At Glow and Grow, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Auckland Delivery
- South Auckland: Free delivery on orders over $50.
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.
New Zealand Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
- Rural delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Express shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery at an additional cost depending on location.
Order Tracking
- For deliveries outside Auckland, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Delivery Delays
- While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- High demand periods
- Glow and Grow is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Glow and Grow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Click and Collect
- In-store pickup is available in Auckland – Takanini (16 Berwyn Avenue, Takanini).
- Orders are ready within 48 hours.
- No shipping or collection cost.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Returns Policy
At Glow and Grow, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Beauty and skincare products (if opened or used)
- Personal care items, including brushes, manicure sets, etc.
- Earrings and certain jewellery items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if an exchange is required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as Glow and Grow is not responsible for lost returns.
